Training and Techniques of Tai chi

The very name of the tai chi or tai chi chuan breathing and exercise routine martial art technique from China is derived from the ancient Taiji symbol also known as the T'ai chi t'u. In the west the technique is credited with the derivatives of the yin-yang diagram. This allows the tai chi chuan or tai chi derivatives to stay in tune with the dedicated literature that has been carefully preserved in the oldest martial art schools in China.
